Returns & Refunds Policy – WHITE by Shaikha

At WHITE by Shaikha, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund of the item price, provided the following conditions are met:
   •    Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact.
   •    A copy of your invoice or order number must be included with the return.
   •    Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

International Returns & Customs
If you’re returning items from outside the UAE, please clearly mark the parcel as “RETURN” to prevent it from being delayed at customs. Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, and original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

We currently do not provide a free return service.
